5. Orders & Payments

A. Order Placement

All orders must be submitted through our secure online platform. Users are responsible for reviewing their order, quantities, delivery method, and billing details prior to checkout.

B. Payment Methods

We accept multiple forms of payment:

  • Interac e-Transfers
  • PayPal
  • Mobile Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay

C. Confirmation & Acceptance

D. Pricing Accuracy & Adjustments

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price. Customers will be informed and given the choice to proceed or cancel with a full refund.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Eco Grove Solutions delivers fresh produce to homes, offices, and pickup points across Canada. We work with leading courier networks and local delivery partners to maintain freshness and reliability.

A. Delivery Coverage & Schedules

  • Urban Areas (e.g., Toronto, Vancouver): Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before cutoff times.
  • Suburban & Rural Areas: 2–5 business day delivery window
  • Weather conditions, holidays, or peak volume may delay standard delivery times.

B. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery on orders of $75 CAD or more
  • Flat delivery rate of $9.95 CAD for orders below the threshold
  • Additional charges may apply for remote area delivery

C. Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to:

  • Provide an accurate delivery address and special instructions
  • Ensure someone is present to receive the package or designate a safe drop-off location
  • Contact us if delivery confirmation is received, but the package is missing

Eco Grove is not responsible for spoilage due to delays caused by inaccessible addresses, unsafe drop spots, or incorrect delivery information.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Return Policy

A. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled up until the time they are packed and dispatched. After that point, cancellations are no longer permitted due to the perishable nature of our items.

B. Refunds & Store Credit

We offer refunds or store credit if:

  • Items arrive damaged, mouldy, or severely bruised
  • Items are missing or not as described
  • Deliveries are delayed excessively without notification

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and must include photos and a brief description of the issue. Store credit can be applied to your next order and is valid for 6 months.

8. Account Registration & Data Security

Creating an account is optional, but it offers access to:

  • Order history
  • Subscription management
  • Special member-only promotions
  • Faster checkout

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorised use, report it to our support team immediately.

9. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

Eco Grove subscriptions offer flexible plans to automate your fresh produce deliveries.

A. Plan Options

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly box deliveries
  • Customisable produce preferences
  • Adjustable delivery dates, skip options, and seasonal upgrades

B. Subscription Management

  • You can pause, modify, or cancel your plan through your dashboard.
  • All modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle.

Subscription renewals will be charged automatically. Failure to cancel or skip in time may result in a non-refundable shipment.

10. Promotional Offers, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotional offers are time-limited and governed by specific terms listed at the time of issuance.

Promotions Are:

  • Valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise
  • Subject to quantity limits per customer
  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash

Gift cards are available in denominations from $10 to $200 CAD and are valid for 12 months. They can only be redeemed on the Eco Grove Solutions website and cannot be applied to shipping fees unless otherwise indicated.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All website and marketing content, including images, product data, blog posts, logos, and custom designs, are the intellectual property of Eco Grove Solutions or its content partners. These materials are protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, adapt, rebrand, or redistribute any content without written permission. Requests for educational or third-party use may be submitted for review.

12. Unlawful or Prohibited Conduct

15. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. In case of disputes, the courts of Toronto, Ontario, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

If any clause of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect.
